Phil310 Pillar of the Community United States 1101 Posts	Posted 06/29/2017 10:47 pm I think it is obverse 75a. If it were obverse 75 it would probably have a die crack to the A of VICTORIA with the reverse in that later state. Those two obverses are hard to tell apart. Report this Post to the Staff
