It appears to be similar to a few on Variety Vista however I can't match the markers for them.

What do you guys think?

I don't see a match for it anywhere. So that maybe one you might want to submit the image to the Wexler and CONECA to see what they say. I figure John Wexler already has it listed, but on his site, the stronger RPMs are listed. Let us know what you can find out.
