The last digit was handpunched in, with 2-4 whacks, so you see some minor R/P as well. 63 RB or B, depending on the grader. Report this Post to the Staff

I have to say with out confirmation about the repunched 9, its in AU condition book value of $25.50 CAD. Its not a double 9. Report this Post to the Staff
