The indented strike appears to be clipped. Is this something that can happen, or am I reading this coin wrong
Ive had partial Brockage cents before, but they always had a complete arc, unlike this one...

Nice, to me it looks like a clipped coin made the indent.

I doubt it... the actual indent itself is perfectly arcuate. The rim on the other coin may have been finned upward to create a brockage pattern like that....
