The FG is DD and the USA is larger. I am not for sure just want to get some idea from Masters

Well I am by no means a master but this looks like Machine Doubling to me.

It looks like a pretty good candidate for a Doubled Die, notching evident on devices with extra thickness. will wait to hear from experts.

Is this a P mint?

I was looking at Wexler's WDDR-001?

Seems like his images seem to be a little shy of what we need to see? He mentions the 'FG' but has no images.

Try to match your images to wexler's images, so you can see if they are from the same die pair was WDDR-001? (also there is a marker on that site)
