tropicalbats Pillar of the Community United States 6116 Posts	Posted 01/06/2019 7:41 pm I would suggest that it may be a little too rectilinear for a die break. Always difficult to be sure with a photo but looks more like a lifted small lamination plate between the devices. More common around LIBERTY (and often confused for a BIE), but it happens around the date as well. Report this Post to the Staff
