Despite the full liberty ; yes I know the I is very weak but it's there ( first letter to wear on LIBERTY ) . The coin displays numerous hits and scratches . a well worn coin that does look like it was somewhat cleaned .

F-12 Details - I think the Liberty saves it from being a VG. Ouch on the scratches!
