I think so! One of the best strike through greasers I've seen if so!

I think it may have been struck through a piece of cloth.
The press operators carry lots of wiping rags.

It kinda looks like a die cap but the strike looks a bit crisp in some points.

As GrapeCollects indicated, the sharp margins of Lincoln's bust are incompatible with a capped die strike. Therefore, it would have to be a grease strike.
