I know this probably isn't in the right forum or post but this is something I need help with. I thought this was a Blobed S mint mark but on closer inspection I don't really know. I need some more expert help. Thank you

It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like an S to me.

Most likely a type 1 with a die chip (or damage)on top... to CCF
