Over the years, I've compiled a collection of Lincoln cents, that for one reason or another, caught my attention and was worth a second look. This one seems to be clearly misaligned, but I can't find a bit of info on it or if anyone has found one like it. If someone could look and shed some light, it would be much appreciated.

to CCF. Using the mirror method is best,but it looks within mint tolerance.
