Looks like PMD but there is a small possibility of a cracked planchet but I don't know a lot about those.

Looks like a stain, or some kind of gunk.

Looks like a stain. I would think a cracked zincoln would show zinc and or zinc rot.Photo of reverse would help.

And where it crossed the digit, it has worn off. (you can still see a slight stain there)
