I have bought boxes an boxes of quarters from the bank and never found one when I was literally hunting for one of these. So I'm sitting in my car at the dollar store earlier, pulling quarters out of my change jar from today at work when I saw a Wisconsin quarter. It crossed my mind but still almost didn't even look at the reverse because I figured there was no way there would be one in my loose change. I dont have good luck like that ya kno...
