ms63, perhaps ms64, definitely not an ms65.

Nice coin! I agree with the upthread comments. Definite MS-63, decent shot at MS-64, not an MS-65. The obverse rim ding at 3 o'clock and the scratch behind the head are the issues, and I've seen worse on MS-64 coins.

63 Details , no better . That hazy look is environmental damage and virtually impossible to deal with properly .
In my opinion this coin if sent to a major service ( not economic) would not straight grade in its present state !
