Hello,

I'm not sure what this is on the reverse within the 4th Bay in the Memorial and on columns #2, #3 & #4.

I found 4 coins like this is a BU Roll of 1997-P's.

Some polished a bit too deep trying to remove a clash mark that was a collar mark on that die area.

So, it was a clash that was polished away and the polishing was too, excessive in the area of these columns?
