It is not a gouge, this line sticks up. Upon viewing it seems like it was there before they printed the date, but then again it goes through Lincoln as well. What do you all think? If you are able to very gently use a toothpick to see if the ridge can be depressed, that should confirm or upend that suspicion. Report this Post to the Staff
