Hi again,

The other unidentified coin I have is a rather unusual looking one. It's actially curved around the edges into almost a bowl-like shape, I assume from warping over time. Please see pictures below.

This one came in a sleeve that said "Norfolk NORWICH 23", though that doesn't mean anything to me. Could anyone please help in identifying it?

Yes, late Byzantine, 11th to 13th century based on the image on the concave side. I can't make out what's on the convex side.

Maybe moderators can move this over to the Ancients & Medievals thread where it will quickly get identified.

Byzantine Trachy of I believe Alexius III 1195-1203, no legend to go by but the circle with the dot between Alexius and St Constantine is the give away. The obverse is bust of Christ. Not enough detail to give a Sear number.
