My only reference is the NGC variety picture and Coin facts, I not trained so I came to the experts...
Is this PMD or a S\S mint mark variety?

The 1950-S RPM listed on PCGS CoinFacts and NGC VarietyPlus is a lot stronger and is repunched to the north.

This one also does not match any of the minor RPMs listed on VarietyVista or Wexler's doubleddie.com

MD is extremely common on the mintmarks of many of the silver Washington quarters, that's what I believe your coin has.
