About 2.8% high.
My guess is that's within Mint tolerance.

I am pretty sure it is only 1/100 of a gram off of mint tolerances. A picture is worth a 1000...Does it have a unusual color or tint?

High end tolerance is 5.19 grams, and I wouldn't get "excited" until you find one at least 5.5 grams or more.
