1960 1c Large Date Is This A Die Crack?

I noticed that a line runs from north of Lincolns ear to the middle of the bottom. Is this a crack from the die or something else. Also it seems that the letters are expanded like they have been double struck.

I would say a strike through or one heck of a scratch . I don't see any doubling on the coin .
