2016-D Nickel Missing Clad On Face. Error Or PMD

Hail24 Valued Member United States 155 Posts	Posted 06/09/2020 6:00 pm Well I am pretty sure this is some kind of PMD but wanted to make sure before I threw it back in the box. If it is PMD how did they happen to get the layer off without damaging the area around it. Was it burnt.
