Could Anyone Tell Me What This Rim Defect Is Named Please?

Saint Stephen New Member Austria 16 Posts	Posted 07/17/2020 07:48 am Thats interesting. I see the pressumed lathe lines. However what stands out to me is what appears to be doubling. A rotation of the coin while in the chamber could account for both. Or it might have something to do with the rim, and reeding. Although that normally leaves what appear to be ''tooth'' marks on the coins surface. Now I have to go back and check mine. Good luck with it. Report this Post to the Staff
