The reverse marker( Cuds on Coins) is absent on this coin. There should be a die crack from the rim through the "I" and to the corner of the Memorial Building. Experts please advise.

Could it be an earlier die state where the obv crack had formed but not the rev one?

Or the reverse die could've been replaced.
