Normal weight is 2.5g so yours isn't too far off, certainly within mint tolerances.

Could you please show us a close-up of the area(s) you see doubling?

@sis, if your pics are true to color, it looks a bit like someone has stripped off the copper plating leaving behind the zinc core. That might explain the slightly low weight also.

NOT within tolerance.

Tolerance for a Zincoln is +/- .1 grams so the tolerance range in 2.4 to 2.6 grams

Probably a rolled thin planchet but not far enough out of tolerance to have much value.
