My opinion : the photo resolution isn't good enough to show surface detail .... yes it does look real .... it appears to be a grade between 45 and 53....not a scarce year so I'm not sure what more research you would want to do. If the surfaces are nice then it is a very nice example of the 1809. Others will surely have maybe better opinions. Welcome to CCF
Yes clearly C-6 a common variety, looks to be most likely Breen die stage II or III. Breen also says this variety is known to come with various die rotations.
