I would describe your coin as follows: Moesia Inferior (Thrace), Markianopolis, Severus Alexander, AD 218-235, AE 25mm, Julius Gaeticus magistrate (c. 222-224). O: AVT K M AVP CEVH - AΛEΞANΔPOC. Laureate bust right wearing cuirass and paludamentum, seen from behind. R: VΠ IOV ΓETOVΛ-IK-OV MAPKIANOΠ; in left field, OΛ; in right field, IT; in exergue, ΩN.
