Looks more like a Struck Through Grease or a capped die of some sort.

The deep rims on this coin are the key diagnostic for this error. This is a Grease Filled Die strike. Most of the heavy grease strikes like this show more detail at the center of the coin, with missing details near the rim.

On a low pressure strike you would have no rims. On a Struck Through Grease example, you have rims.

Yes. I figure in the $10 range. Maybe more if an error collector wants it to add to his collection. When they get in the 80-90% grease filled, the interest is there for them. Less, more of a show and tell item.
