She is wearing an apron over her outfit and it's a different texture and pattern. I think that trianglescheme got this one in the reply above. The small point that drops down off of her elbow looks to be a die chip. While I don't think it will add any value to the coin, it is an interesting find. If you like it, pop it in a 2X2 and save it. It's only going to cost you 25¢.
