I got 2 differnt microscopes I just don't have a camera set up for the good one. This picture of the 5 is from the cheaper one. I'm just curious at the bottom of the 5 it looks like it's got a differnt 5 under it. Is that I'm seeing it is that something else

Looks like it has taken a hit.
Don't know how it could be a different 5 underneath.
There is nothing in the minting process that would cause that.

You have a 5 that's been hit, moving it slightly. As JimmyD said, there is nothing in the minting process that would cause a "different 5 under it." Not worth trying to remove the tar from the obverse.

The bottom of the '5' is coin contact on that area. Just a spender.
