Would Either Of These Qualify As A "Fancy" Serial?

Got these from the ATM. They both "ladder" or reverse repeat, except for the last 2 numbers. If the numbers were to repeat again, i'd think the second note might be considered a continuation of the pattern, but the top one ending in "0" has a kind of "final statement" feeling to it.

Or, maybe these fall under, "interesting, but not really a 'fancy serial'"

No, neither would be considered "fancy".

If the same numbers were arranged (i.e.) 42804280, or 42800824 they would be considered "fancy". Has to be a pattern of some sort.

Just look like regular serial numbers. Maybe "wishful" serial numbers.

As a general rule, if you have to explain why you think they're fancy, they're not fancy.

If you have to ask if they are fancy, they most likely are not.
