2021 D Washington Quarter Die Crack

I have found a cool die crack protruding from Washington's mouth on some quarters from a fresh bank roll. I have found at least a dozen examples so far. What do you guys think? At first, I thought it was a scratch until I found it over and over. It really does look like a toothpick!
