Circulation damaged coins are just face value. Never a premium for damage to a coin. Just face value. They are not errors, they are damaged. Which is worth more a new car or a wrecked car? Same for coins, the best condition coins have a premium, damaged ones are just face value coins.

This is just a well circulated, damaged coin worth at a minimum of 10 cents - at a maximum 10 cents.
