Weight? Resembles a lamination issue or I was also pondering a struck through from a fold-over lam (debris) from another coin. Thanks, Doug.

Now leaning towards the a struck through from a fold-over lam (debris) from another coin. Lets see what others think. Thanks, Doug.

Edit: Wanted to add the section (straight line) to the right of the part that's missing seems to be a LAM issue on the coin.
