Prior research attributed these as lifetime Alexander issues, currently it's thought to be shortly after his death. Also, some say these may have been struck in Alexandria rather than Memphis but this is uncertain. CNG now attributes them as "Memphis or Alexandria mint." We may never know for sure unless maybe another hoard is found someday. Doesn't really matter a lot, they are still very cool coins to own.
