Hi All,
I think that is the map of Idaho isn't it ?
I could be wrong on this one That type or style "D" in the Idaho map is the same "D" as the one used for Denver Mint.. like I said I could be wrong again! and if I am I will have to be a double embarrassed for myself :)

Best Regards
Roni

Hi Decentguy, yes - that is the map of Idaho counterstamped on a LMC. Inside the map is ID, the abbreviation for Idaho. The D has nothing to do with a Denver mint mark. A set with all fifty states was produced for sale by a private vendor, and many have escaped into the wild.

Just a common counterstamp of the state of Idaho - I have a full set of 50 for each state in my collection.

Thanks for the shout out Hondo. Yep. As everyone had mentioned it is a counter stamped LMC with the state of Idaho. Too bad it's not Montana. Hehe. I have a set of 49 missing it.

Always exciting finding a counter stamp in the wild.
