So was about to pull the trigger on this NGC graded bust quarter. Took a look on the NGC app and there are photos that don't seem to match the pictures on the listing. The listing photos show some bumps around the date that look more significant than on NGC. Also NGC shows a black spot on one star around 11:00 but it does not appear on the listing. A reputable seller IMO. Any thoughts on this coin being ok? The two just don't seem to match. https://www.ebay.com/itm/126113466680

I think the coins are the same and the differences are a function of the lighting. Found several marks that match unequivocally.

Make sure you're prepared when purchasing coins.
Not being able to discern these are the same coins is a red flag.
