So anecdotally my speculation above seems to have more merit than I thought it would. The whole thing is a conundrum - sellers are quite happy with getting an over-grade result but buyers are not. So what is the market for CACG or the "new" NGC standard (if there really is one)?

I got two GSA Morgan dollars back last week. Both we graded what I thought MS63 and MS65. I have not submitted anything since 2019 and feel they were graded correctly. My two-cents..
