Looks like a solid VG08 to me with an outside shot at VG10.

I'm not good at grading but the wear/flat spots looks uniform from the picts and the surface has a abrased appearance which leads me to think, scrubbed at some point.

Reverse wing feathers show remaining detail, although the breast is flattened. Obverse shows consistent leveling wear.I would give it a VG8
