The rim has a couple of issues going on, it looks like it has a market acceptable cleaning and there's a couple little pits in the cheek. I agree the detail looks VG.

these photos were presented like this to hide the surfaces imo. I'm going to bet it would be VG details (cleaned) personally I would not knowingly purchase a detailed coin. if you want to take a look at it and it has a return policy you might want to just check it out in hand.
