The color look a dime and the coin is an excellent condition so I put another 1989 with the original zinc color to compare ?

A 1989 cent is not an alloy, it is a a zinc core plated with copper.
What you have is a cent that has been plated after it left the mint.
We see many of these on the forum and it adds no value.

The plating could help in the cent weighing a bit heavy.
