This weighs 9.0 grams and has a diameter of 17 mm. It looks like one of the Indian Sultanate coins, but I can't find a match. It also looks like the numbers 9 and 5 at the bottom.

@ori, I agree on your assessment of the numbers, but would add a zero at the end. Maybe dated AH 950? The closest I can find (which is admittedly not a great match) is Delhi Sultanate, such as this one:

Yes, quite possibly AH950, or maybe 957 or 895! It does narrow down the possibilities considerably, not not yet narrow enough!

I read the date as 957, and also about 2 o'clock on the first photo read either Mahmud or Muhammad. It does look like a sultanate coin, but I wasn't able to find a match in a quick Zeno search.

Try D705.
Dates should be 894 to 909.
So 907 would fit.

Yes, I agree with andyg. Looking at the photo of D705 in Goron/Goenka, I think it's a match and agree with the 907 date.

Here's an example from Zeno dated 902 (at 7 o'clock on the edge of the second photo), and also showing the abnormally large zero that looks like a 5.
