I feel that the mint could be doing better with the design of the coins. Coins are supposed to have relief. The phoenix one, the artist did not know how do to sculpture.
The mint should also stop using cork in the packaging. It fragments and sticks to stuff.

I agree with the cork packaging, it flakes onto the coin holder.

How about replacing the cork with a foam insert?

Really cool coins, hfjacinto!
What about removing the cork and sealing it with polyurethane?

The cork has 2 magnets which hold the lucite in place. Also its OGP, so removing the cork will net less value than in the case. What you have to do is just rub it with a swifter and it takes it away. The cork and plastic case actually have a static attraction, so more you clean the worse the cork gets :(

Reminds me of the lint that gets stuck on the capsule holders in the Presidential C&C sets.

oh! Can't wait to see what you get!

Wasn't able to make it in March, so for now we wait. I do have to go back, but life has been busy (with selling my mom's house and taking over a new position at work).
