Here is the second GSA Treasure. This one has a little color.

That is the kind of tone that might grow on me, but at the moment I find it off-putting.

I have this one also in lower mid MS, but I have a feeling CAC was brutal.

I'd say MS63 because of the marks. Toning looks great!

I'll guess MS-63.

MS-63 with nice eye appeal. just a note, when the GSA sold this one to the public originally, it was considered substandard and sold to the public at $15 instead of the $30 price of uncirculated coins.

The obverse has chatter on the cheek and in the hair, EPU, and the fields. The reverse has one deeper ding beneath the eagle's left wing (our visual right). Raw, on a bourse floor, I'd see this as MS-62. The big three give some grace to GSAs, and I'd see them coming in at MS-63 here. The toning is uneven, but original. (At least it isn't a Redfield with peach juice enhanced measles!)

I would say MS-63, although I would not be at all surprised if CACG gave it MS-62.

i dont think the toning is enough for a TPG to bump this one as its too blotchy and doesn't really add to the eye appeal enough and the marks on the nose, cheek and especially the neck as well as the weakness on the breast and ear may keep this one to MS62

This one was also a CACG MS-63 - exactly what I expected. I got this one at the same time as the other 82CC. It's a bit surprising these both got the same grade. The non-toned version is much nicer.

MS63 imo, is the most encompasing of all of the MS grades, so this doesn't surprise me
