Was following on GC both the Dime and Medal in SP-70
Dime hammered at $925 + BP ($1,040)
Medal hammered at $465 + BP ($525)
Combined doing the math $1,565. + tax n shipping, so lets say $1,700 all in

From the US Mint the set is selling at $765. But is currently in backorder status and excepted shipping is @ Sept. 2026
So here's my question, with the back-ordered stock needed do you think the Mint will be using a new set(s) of dies or "good" used ones to produce the remaining needed product?
Wondering if ordering what the chances of receiving SP-70s

What's your thoughts on this? Please share....TY GF

edited: Wow last night right before I posted this the Mint # of ATS was 115, just checked now (@ 11am PST) only 20 sets left.

Interesting thoughts. I do not know how many they get from each die pair. I cannot imagine them doing the entire run with just one pair.

if only the buyer went to the mint site.
They would have to send them for grading and they would have come back 69.
