Being a government agency, it means that the hoard of coins (apparently about 40,000 coins in total) will almost certainly remain intact and on display in a local museum, rather than be sold to collectors. Some Roman hoard coins are available to collectors, mainly from Britain where the laws permit it. I have one late Roman bronze coin from the Nether Compton hoard. I also expect that the majority will be up for sale...compare with the Epfig hoard of over 52,000 coins discovered in 2010.
