Knowing that you always share really nice coins (quarters) and I'm grading this one off the obverse alone I want to say 67 but since this is Anacs (should I go up or down a grade) lets go 66.
I can't see anything thru that rev. toning and the obv seems to only have that hit in the field Infront of his chin.

not sure how ANACS would look at the obv toning. it looks like it was wiped leaving those streaks. eye appeal does factor in although not much. if they thought it was messed with they could either net grade the coin or details it. the weak strike on the obv should also be considered.

I'm going with MS65 and I'm not a fan it but then again I'm not into toning.
