Say 3 months, or the end of the year, whichever comes last. As an example, the FIFA gold coins are selling poorly, as I understand it. The legislation that authorized the FIFA coin program, for example, incorporates a sales period limit: "Secretary may issue coins under his Act only during the calendar year beginning on January 1, 2026."
