Hello. It's been a few years since I've posted anything; so, please forgive me and advise me if I post anything wrong or post in wrong area. I received this $20 bill today and noticed some markings around the eye area and wanted to make sure it's not any kind of ink error before I spent it. Hoping it's not a bleed through from a teller's stamp. Thank you and God bless.
