Legit Error Or Teller Stamp Bleed Through?

It's been a few years since I've posted anything; so, please forgive me and advise me if I post anything wrong or post in wrong area. I received this $20 bill today and noticed some markings around the eye area and wanted to make sure it's not any kind of ink error before I spent it. Outside of the US, some moneychangers (particularly in Asia and the Middle East) will put little stamps on the foreign notes that they've verified to be authentic - not entirely unlike the practice in past centuries of stamping "chop marks" onto foreign silver coins. In any event, no, it's not any kind of printing error. Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. It's really nice to have a community like this. I became a member awhile back and this was usually one of the first places I'd turn to for reference when trying to learn about error coins. I was always reading everybody else's questions and the answers they would receive; but, never posted a question of my own.
