It makes you wonder who's wallet they were in, what they bought, and how long they were in circulation. I appreciate all the advice given in this thread. The thickness of the sleeve is 2 mil which is unacceptable in my book. However I still plan to use them. They are polypropylene which makes them archival safe. I have only bought boxes of 50, or 100, for about 50 cents each (in bulk) so $25/50 or $50/100 sleeves (usually). To buy a sleeve for less than 50 cents - $1.00 seems like asking for trouble (to me anyways). You're either going to get flimsy, old PVC but surely ripped off (b/c you have to buy again & it can be tough to get your money back or sometimes its not worth it with the shipping). I have recommended Wizard & certain ebay sellers for the big brands in the past but I got some flack for recommending these so I won't recommend anymore.
