$29.90 USD was the convert amount from $40.00 CAD. It was a sweet deal at 40 bucks. Won it in a local online auction. I bid close to closing time at around 20 bucks. I was not surprised to see a co-bidder. We went back and forth at a buck a shot, which also extends closing time. I said I'd bail at 40. Well he said the same thing. I ended up with the even bids, so I hit it 1st. Really, I'd have went $41.00 if he ended up the even number guy, then I'd bail if he went 42.

Spot for the time was close to $38.00. It was my second set, hence staying low. I paid $80.00 for my 1st set and that was a deal. Back then, collector coins were still carrying a hefty premium. Made my money back now.
